Join us for the upcoming CAPE April Training, proudly hosted by the Montrose Police Department and Chief Blaine Hall. This professional development event will feature expert instruction by Pat O’Burke, covering advanced techniques in interviewing and polygraph examination.

$50 virtual access for out-of-state attendees
